This request form is intended for single-user licenses. Please make sure you have downloaded and installed the program. This requirement ensures program functionality on your computer and is necessary for registration. Your "Current Authorization Code" may be viewed/copied after clicking the "Subscription" button on the main menu of either SES 2.1 or FDS 1.1. You will be sent a New Authorization Code via email with which to validate on your computer your registration or purchase.
